The name “Silk Road Group” has been registered as a trademark and is used for the various activities of the Silk Road Group. A holding entity of the Silk Road Group is currently being established to consolidate its different business interests. These interests comprise various activities of the Company, including including infrastructure, transportation and trading for commodities, fresh and frozen products trading, real estate development, financial services, investments and corporate services.
