The Silk Road Group has strong commercial ties with local companies and business people in the countries in which it operates. The Silk Road Group collaborates with major strategic business partners to develop its business in the Caspian and Central Asian region. These include inter alia:

Totsa
The Silk Road Group has been working with Totsa since 1997 in the transportation of oil and oil products on the Baku – Batumi direction.

BNP Paribas
BNP Paribas, Geneva branch, has been the banking partner for the Silk Road Group’s transportation and trading operations since 2000.

PetroKazakhstan
The Silk Road Group has been working with PetroKazakhstan, formerly Hurricane Hydrocarbons Ltd., since 2001. PetroKazakhstan is the second largest oil producer in Kazakhstan.

Addax & Oryx Group
Since 2003, the Silk Road Group has been jointly working with the Addax & Oryx Group in the trading of oil and oil products.

Bank TuranAlem
Starting with a joint venture under the name BTA Silk Road Bank in 2005, Bank TuranAlem, the leading Kazakh bank, and the Silk Road Group have been joining forces in support of a number of strategic investments for Kazakh-Georgian investor groups.

Credit Agricole
The Silk Road Group has established a banking relationship with Credit Agricole in 2007.

 Fortis Bank
The Silk Road Group has established a banking relationship with Fortis Bank in 2006.
